Will it fit my phone?
If your model is in the list, it fits. Not sure which you have? On iPhone: Settings → General → About. On Android: Settings → About phone.
Slim, Tough or Tough MagSafe?
Slim is barely there, with everyday scratch protection. Tough adds a rigid shell over a shock-absorbing liner for real drops. Tough MagSafe is Tough plus a magnet ring for mounts and chargers.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes, all three, with the case on. On iPhone, Tough MagSafe also snaps to MagSafe chargers. On other brands it carries a Qi2 magnet ring.

Which case type should I pick?
Slim is the thinnest — a single moulded shell that adds almost nothing to your phone, with everyday scratch protection. Tough adds a rigid outer shell over a shock-absorbing liner, so it takes drops properly. Tough Magnetic is the same build as Tough with a magnet ring set into the back panel. If you use magnetic mounts or chargers, pick that one — the ring can't be added later.
Will it fit my phone?
Choose your brand, then your model, then your case type. Only the models we make are listed, so if it appears in the list, it fits. Not sure which model you have? On iPhone, open Settings → General → About. On Samsung and most Android phones, Settings → About phone. If your model isn't listed, message us — we add models as tooling becomes available.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes. Every case charges wirelessly with the case on, on standard Qi and Qi2 pads. Tough Magnetic also snaps to magnetic chargers and car mounts.
Is it MagSafe compatible?
On iPhone, Tough Magnetic aligns and holds on MagSafe chargers and accessories. On Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, Huawei and Oppo the same case carries a Qi2 magnet ring, which works with magnetic mounts and Qi2 chargers. MagSafe is Apple's own standard, so we describe the non-Apple version as magnetic rather than MagSafe.
How protective is it, really?
Tough and Tough Magnetic are drop tested to 2 metres. All three have a raised rim around the screen and a raised lip around the camera cutout, so neither touches the surface when the phone is face down or on its back.
Will the print fade or peel?
No. The design is cured into the shell rather than printed on a film or sticker on top, so there's no layer to lift at the edges. It won't peel in a pocket or fade in sunlight.
