Secure Checkout

mirajcase.shop uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption to give you a safe and secure shopping experience. This technology scrambles sensitive information — including passwords and payment card numbers — while it travels between your browser and our store, so it cannot be read by anyone in transit.

Every form on our site is protected by this encryption. You can confirm you are on a secure connection by looking for the closed padlock icon in your browser's address bar, and by checking that the address begins with https://.

Currency and Pricing

We sell in multiple currencies. Prices are displayed in the currency of the country or region you have selected, and you are charged in that same currency at checkout.

You can change your country or region at any time using the selector at the top of the page. The currencies we currently support are:

The price you see at checkout in your selected currency is the amount that will be charged to your payment method. Exchange rates between currencies are applied automatically by our platform and may change from time to time, so a price shown in one currency will not always convert exactly to the price shown in another.

If your card or bank account is held in a currency other than the one you check out in, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee. These are set by your bank, not by us, and are outside our control.

Taxes. Prices displayed for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom include VAT. Where VAT or sales tax applies elsewhere, any applicable tax is shown before you confirm your order.

The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the item. Shipping is free on all orders — see our Shipping Policy (https://mirajcase.shop/policies/shipping-policy) for details.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your destination country on delivery. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We do not add any surcharges, handling fees or hidden costs at checkout. The total shown before you confirm your order is the total you will be charged.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed, as set out in our Terms of Service (https://mirajcase.shop/policies/terms-of-service).

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and available balance, or try an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card issuer.

Occasionally an order may be held for a routine fraud or address verification check. If this happens we will contact you by email, and if we cannot verify the order we will cancel it and refund you in full.

PCI DSS Compliance

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle branded credit and debit card data. It was established by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to strengthen controls around cardholder data and reduce card fraud.

Our checkout is processed through Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant — the highest level of certification available.

Your Payment Information

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are captured and processed directly by our payment providers.

Once your purchase is complete, the information available to us is limited to your billing details, shipping details, order contents, and the last four digits of your card — enough to fulfil your order and help you if something goes wrong.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in the same currency you were charged, within 10 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If your bank converts the refund back into a different currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly from the amount you originally paid, because exchange rates move between the two transactions and your bank may apply its own fee. This is determined by your bank and is outside our control.

Your Personal Information

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://mirajcase.shop/policies/privacy-policy), which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you. We do not sell your payment card details to anyone.
